Nothing is required of you at this Gong Bath and Sound Meditation except to turn up, lie down and chill out. It is a time when you can give yourself permission to do something only for you; a retreat to cleanse and refresh your mind body and spirit and to find some deep stillness and peace. The guided relaxation begins to prepare your body for the soundwaves which reduce the brainwaves – the gongs facilitate a fast track to the Theta state, relieving stress and stimulating the nervous system. 20 minutes of Theta Relaxation is the equivalent to four hours sleep. Bliss!
